PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Sampaolo Stampi s.r.l., within the framework of organizational policies aimed at putting at the center of its work attention to the implicit and explicit needs of the parties concerned and the care of the quality of its services, pays close attention to compliance with the rules laid down for the protection of personal data.

This Personal Data Protection Policy has been developed in order to explain the principles that inspire the organization with respect to the protection of the privacy of interested parties, namely:

  • respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data
  • compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, relevance and proportionality in processing
  • respect for the processing of personal data
  • protection of personal data against the risks of destruction, theft, loss, modification, access, disclosure or illegal or unauthorized processing, through the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational security measures
  • confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data
  • transparency in providing clear and comprehensive information to the data subjects
  • prompt and complete fulfilment of the data subjects’ requests to exercise their rights
  • efficiency, effectiveness, continuous improvement of data processing processes
  • compliance with applicable laws and regulations on personal data protection
  • commitment to maintaining a work environment conducive to the pursuit of compliance objectives
  • commitment to promote training, updating and further training of staff
  • commitment to establish and maintain clear and efficient relationships with suppliers and external collaborators, carried out in compliance with the requirements of confidentiality, transparency and mutual benefit
