Our production processes are mainly divided into the following phases: design, mold making, plastic injection molding and assembly.
Assembly of plastic components
Among the services offered by Sampaolo Stampi there is the assembly of the finished product or the pre assembly of the molded plastic components.
Design and manufacture of molds
With the aim of creating unique and tailor-made solutions, all the projects realized by Sampaolo Stampi are the result of in-depth meetings and consultations between the staff of the company’s technical office and the client.
Plastic molding
The production department dedicated to stamping consists of 52 injection moulding machines with a tonnage between 6 and 480 tons.
Quality control
Sampaolo Stampi is a company that operates with quality management system certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
